Bitsy Designs came about when partners and sisters-in-law, Olivia Reyelt and Sibylle Dyer, made career changes. With Olivia's growing family, she left her job as an elementary school teacher in pursuit of an opportunity to utilize her creativity, yet still have time to spend with her daughters. She shared her ideas of designing baby accessories with Sibylle who was at the time taking a break from corporate life and a career in international telecom. Olivia and Sibylle's backgrounds made for a natural partnership in creating unique and stylish baby essentials.

Bitsy Designs is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and all items in the Bitsy collection are designed and handcrafted in the USA.

Bitsy Designs Policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We will ship in-stock items within 5 business days of the date we receive your order. Should an item be backordered we will notify you via email.

Our packages will ship via USPS regular mail (average 3 days) and the cost is $6.95 per shipment.

We are happy to send an order via express service upon request. Please email us and we'll bill any additional charges separately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Online purchases are returnable within 21 days of purchase as long as the items remain unused and the tags are still intact.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned item(s). We will issue you a credit card refund (excluding any shipping charges).
